5. Software Working
5.1. Backup Office 365 Emails in File Format
Step 1: Download and Launch ShDataRescue Office 365 Mailbox Backup tool on your windows System. Choose Backup and click on proceed.
Step 2: Enter your Office 365 ID & Password and Assign Impersonation Rights Then Click Login.
Step 3: Select the file saving option from the drop-down list. And pick the file saving location from your System.
Step 4: Here apply naming convention option(if want to).
Step 5: To make the selective conversion of Office 365 Mailboxes. Apply date range filter. Check Exclude Empty Folders checkbox.
